NEAT NEAT NEAT

This is a great find, a really cute G Plan/Danish hall seat with loads of storage space. Finished in teak with sputnik legs it comes complete with the original pistachio velour fabric. Neat.     Wow, never saw a piece like this before. Interesting combination of table/credenza/seating. It's kind of the Danish Modern equivalent of the Victorian gossip chair.

    Thanks. I've had telephone seats before but this is the Rolls Royce, beautifully made with loads of storage space. It was originally meant for a telephone, with space for phonebooks, drawers for keys and lots of space underneath.... but I like Danish Gossip Chair!!

    I got a G Plan gossip bench recently, although it's not nearly as elaborate. It does have a nice-sized drawer, a cubby for phone books and a neat pull-out feature with a white plastic sheet to write phone numbers on. Yours is spectacular.

    Thanks Dana. I had one before with the pull out feature, it was called a "Chippy" for some odd reason.
